There's a new idea we need another interstate highway connecting Tallahassee with Las Vegas.
I-54 would run through Oklahoma basically on the current US-412 route through Tulsa, Ponca City, Enid, and Guymon. Proponents say it will relieve commercial traffic on the current North South and East West highways like I-40, I-70, I-35 and I-49.
Most of the times I drive US-412 I see very little commercial traffic at all! And what would happen to the current turnpikes on that route? What do you think?
