Oklahoma Attorney General John O'Connor is offering guidance on the state's abortion law. O'Connor issued a guidebook yesterday outlining what is and isn't legal in the state. A new law took effect last week that makes it a felony to perform or attempt to perform an abortion procedure in Oklahoma. O'Connor says state law does not allow mothers to prosecuted or punished for seeking or getting an abortion.
