Death row inmate Bigler Stouffer was executed yesterday for the 1985 murder of a Putnam City teacher. Stouffer's execution was carried out as scheduled by the state of Oklahoma after Governor Kevin Stitt denied a recommendation for clemency by the Pardon and Parole Board. Board members said that Stouffer was guilty of killing Linda Reaves, but raised concerns with the drug cocktail used by the state. A witness with KOCO reports there were no issues with the execution.
