Nine Oklahoma City police officers were honored in Washington, D.C. last weekend for their work in the search for a homicide suspect last year. The officers were recognized as "Top Cops" by the National Association of Police Organizations for their efforts to find Brandon Milburn. Police say Milburn fatally shot two people and kidnapped his 14-month-old daughter before dying in a shootout with officers. Officer Zach Barby was injured in the shootout, but he was not seriously harmed.
