The city of Norman is giving its approval to a plan to get more people vaccinated against COVID-19. The Norman City Council approved 500-thousand-dollars for a vaccination incentive program. Under the program, any city employee who has already been vaccinated or who gets vaccinated will receive 250 dollars. Any resident who gets vaccinated between October 1st and November 11th will receive a 25-dollar gift card to a Norman-based restaurant.
