The family of a man who died in the custody of Oklahoma City police are filing a lawsuit. Olin Jefferson died last May after he struggled with medical workers and Oklahoma City police officers. Jefferson's family is suing the Oklahoma County Commission, the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, and Oklahoma City Police Department. The suit is seeking more than two million dollars in punitive damages.
