Governor Kevin Stitt has named a new director of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Justin Brown will replace Ed Lake, who was hired in 2012. Brown is head of Villagio Senior Living. His background is in healthcare finance. Governor Stitt says he has a strong record of helping healthcare and human-service oriented businesses become great success stories in their delivery of compassion care.
