Convicted killer Patrick Walker, who escaped last Thursday from the Payne County jail in Stillwater, is back in custody. He was arrested by U.S. Marshals Tuesday morning at a motel in St. Louis, Missouri. Now, Oklahoma Department of Corrections Joe Allbaugh wants some answers. "I'm looking forward to a full report explaining how one of our most dangerous inmates could bond out of a county jail," Allbaugh said. "We can't have this happen again in any of the 76 other counties of this state."
