Oklahoma Horse Racing Hall Of Famer Accused Of Assault And Battery

An Oklahoma Horse Racing Hall of Fame inductee is accused of using his horse as a weapon in an assault in June. 67-year-old Eddie Willis allegedly used the horse to knock Ollie Matthews to the ground after Matthews' horse won a race at Remington Park in Oklahoma City. An arrest warrant says surveillance footage captured the assault, which witnesses confirmed.
