Oklahoma officials are reacting to yesterday's announcement by President Joe Biden that he is no longer seeking reelection and is endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee. Senator Markwayne Mullin noted that if Biden is unfit to run for reelection, he is unfit to carry out his term. Senator James Lankford said that Biden was behind in every poll because of his policies, not his age or mental capacity.
