A Muskogee man has been sentenced to two life terms in federal prison for fatally shooting a man he overheard talking about winning big at a casino. 22-year-old Kevin Jackson tried to rob Bradley Dillon and Dakota Berryhill, but when he discovered the two had no cash or winnings, he forced them to drive to an ATM to get money. In the process, Berryhill escaped. Jackson then shot the 19-year-old Dillon five times. Dillon was killed. Jackson fled the scene, but was arrested later in Oklahoma City.
