A series of small earthquakes in the El Reno area are being linked to fracking at oil and gas sites. Officials tell KFOR that they were alerted on Friday to quakes ranging from magnitude 1.3 to 2.1. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission reached out to Houston-based Paloma, who operates the sites, and the company has agreed to dial down the volume, pressure and techniques that workers use at the sites.
