The Oklahoma Supreme Court is ruling against a group who is opposed to proposed new turnpikes. The court's ruling yesterday does not mean that the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority can move forward with construction or securing money for the project. The group Pike Off sued the OTA, arguing that the agency didn't have the authority to build three proposed turnpikes, and the Supreme Court upheld a lower court decision to dismiss the case.
