The Oklahoma House and Senate are calling for a concurrent special session. Officials say the special session, which starts today, will allow lawmakers time to finalize this year's budget and meet after the current legislative session is adjourned on May 26th. Lawmakers will be limited to discussing the appropriation of funds for Fiscal Year 2023 and '24, legislation related to budget-related funds and the expenditure of American Rescue Plan Act funds during the concurrent special session.
