New Governor

Republican Kevin Stitt was sworn in Monday as the 28th Governor of Oklahoma, saying Oklahoma's turnaround starts 'right here, right now'. Stitt said he would start by demanding accountability in state government. He said in his administration, he would get to the bottom of every tax dollar spent. He said he was humbled by the trust voters placed in him to serve as Governor. He pledged to be a good listener, a continuous learner, a committed communicator and a bold leader for the decisions that make a difference for today's children and the next generation.  (photo courtesy OklahomaOMES)
