The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety says it has identified a growing number of outside protest groups at the State Capitol not involved with the ongoing teachers' rally. It says some of these groups have shown violent behavior during non-violent rallies. DPS confirms there have been reports of threats toward members of the Legislature and the Governor's office. DPS says the situation is being closely monitored for the safety of educators, elected officials and others at the Capitol and the surrounding area.
