The OSBI has announced a new approach to search for leads in cold cases. Director Stan Florence says playing cards that feature unresolved cases will be distributed and sold in state prisons. He says prisoners often possess information on crimes committed by associates and others and the OSBI is hopeful the cards will entice inmates to come forward with information that could lead to a reward.
