Oklahoma City police have arrested the boyfriend of a woman found stabbed to death early Sunday inside a vehicle in the 200 block of S.E. 17th Street. Officers responded to a 'trouble unknown' call and found 47-year-old Marta Ortega unresponsive in the front seat. She had multiple stab wounds to her body. She was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. Police say her boyfriend, 25-year-old Manuel Cruz, was at the scene when officers arrived. He was later arrested and booked into jail on one count of first-degree murder.
