The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is asking for the public's help locating a vehicle that struck and killed a man early Sunday who was walking on US Highway 177 near the Otoe-Missouri Tribal Casino and Complex in Red Rock. The driver fled the scene. The victim was 64-year-old Randall Whitehorn.
Based on evidence found at the scene, troopers believe the vehicle involved was a 1992-1995 Mercury Sable or Ford Taurus, color unknown. The vehicle likely has damage to the passenger side, front headlight assembly and passenger side outside rear-view mirror.
