A court hearing was held on Monday for former Oklahoma death row inmate Richard Glossip. Glossip appeared in court and a judge set dates for future hearings including one on a motion to set bond. Glossip was facing the death penalty for the 1997 murder of Barry Van Treese, but the U.S. Supreme Court threw out Glossip's death sentence earlier this year and ordered a new trial, saying he didn't receive a fair trial.
