Oklahoma has executed death row inmate Kevin Ray Underwood. He was convicted of killing his ten-year-old neighbor in 2006 in an attack that the State Attorney General called the most "depraved" in state history. In his confession, Underwood said he wanted to cut off the victim's head and sleep with the corpse. He also mentioned cannibalism. Today's lethal injection took place on Underwood's 45th birthday.
