A man from Oklahoma is facing assault charges for an incident at Disney World in February. Authorities in Orange County, Florida say park employees found 33-year-old Patrick Delehanty of Coweta drunk and laying on the ground in front of EPCOT, and were trying to get him a wheelchair when he became aggressive. According to officers, Delehanty allegedly swung a stanchion at an employee and hit them in the face with his hand, then took his shirt off and tried to run away. Delehanty reportedly claimed he had no recollection of the incident the next day, and is pleading not guilty to the charges.
