The FBI says it has traced a threatening phone call made to the Oklahoma School for the Deaf in Sulphur last week to a person in Los Angeles who has confessed. The campus was shut down last week as a precaution. Classes were supposed to begin on Monday, August 20, but were postponed. A school spokeswoman says classes will begin on Monday, August 27.
