The State Department of Public Safety says a power outage on Sunday caused a massive computer hardware problem that has knocked out the agency's driver license system statewide. All DL sites and tag agencies are affected. DPS says it is working with the vendor who supplied the hardware to fix the problem but it is unknown how long the process will take.
