Public Service Company of Oklahoma has cancelled its $4.5 billion proposed Wind Catcher Energy Connection Project. The move comes following a decision by the Public Utility Commission of Texas on July 26 to deny approval of the project, that would have been the largest U.S. wind farm and would have been located in the Oklahoma panhandle. The project had already been approved in Arkansas and Louisiana but still needed approval in Texas and Oklahoma.l
