Just one day after releasing surveillance photographs, the OSBI says a serial burglary suspect has been identified and charges are now pending against 42-year-old Charles Rebert. The OSBI says the highway patrol identified Rebert. The OSBI says he is responsible for burglaries in Guthrie, Blackwell, Wetumka, Okemah, Calvin and Sherman, Texas. He's actually in jail in Eufaula. He was arrested Monday by the McIntosh County Sheriff's office on an unrelated warrant.
