The Oklahoma Blood Institute urgently needs blood donors of all blood types to give blood as soon as possible to help replenish OBI's supply of life-saving blood. Donations are down because of the winter weather, hazardous road conditions, closings and cancellations. OBI provides all the blood needed for patients in more than 160 hospitals, medical facilities and air ambulances statewide.
