Oklahoma City police on Monday released the names of those involved in Sunday's fatal officer-involved shooting. Officer Bethany Sears responded to a call about a man lying in the grass in the 4700 block of SE 59th street. She made contact with 28-year-old Kyle Mihecoby, who became combative. Police say she tried to use her pepper spray and her taser to control him to no avail. There was a struggle over her firearm and she shot Mihecoby who was pronounced dead at the scene. Officer Sears was injured on the hands and face and was taken to a hospital for treatment. (photo courtesy KFOR)
