Texas Aircraft Relocate To Tinker For Safety

Hurricane Harvey has forced the evacuation of T-1A Jayhawk training aircraft from Joint Base San Antonio to Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City. The famous 99th Flying Training Squadron "Red Tail" unit evacuated ten aircraft to Tinker to escape the path of Hurricane Harvey. Tinker has a memorandum of understanding with Randolph to accept aircraft that must be moved during hurricane evacuations. (photo provided)
