The two out-of-state inmates who escaped Tuesday near Ringwood have been spotted at the Sapulpa exit of the Turner Turnpike. The Major County Sheriff's office says 32-year-old Andrew Foy and 37-year-old Darren Walp were seen early Wednesday on surveillance video at the Quick Trip store at the Sapulpa exit. They were driving a 2007 black, Peterbilt semi-truck, bearing Oklahoma tag 706493, that was stolen late Tuesday or early Wednesday from a location in El Reno. Foy and Walp were being taken to a facility in Kansas by a private inmate transport service when they overpowered the two escort officers and escaped near Ringwood on Tuesday. Arrest warrants have been issued in Major County on charges including kidnapping, escape, robbery and assault and battery.
