There was a big welcome home ceremony Wednesday at the Norman Armed Forces Reserve Center for nearly 130 Oklahoma Army National Guard soldiers deployed to Ukraine for six months in support of the Joint Multinational Training Group and more than 30 members of the 45th IBCT's Brigade Special Troops Battalion who deployed in support of a NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.
