Oklahoma Congressman Steve Russell says the Department of Justice is acting on its responsibilities in appointing a special counsel to oversee the Russia investigation, but he says in a written statement that he has seen nothing to convince him that there is any evidence of collusion between President Trump and Russia. "Frankly, it borders on the absurd", he says.
He also says the House "must and will" continue its own investigations.
