The owner of Tornado King Shelters in Muskogee has been arrested. It was announced Wednesday by State Attorney General Mike Hunter's office. William Stephens was charged Monday in Cleveland County district court with embezzlement charges for allegedly taking money from customers but never completing the work. He was arrested Tuesday by agents with the state attorney general's office. (photo provided)
