House Employee Issues Apology

The state House employee who issued an email earlier this week warning of 'cross dressers' at the State Capitol has issued an apology. "I sincerely apologize for the hurt my statement caused," said Karen Kipgen in a written apology. "I used a poor choice of words. I have learned from this incident to be more sensitive and to become more educated on this issue. I would ask for grace in this process and forgiveness."
