The Pottowatomie County Sheriff's office has confirmed a man being sought for two separate homicides in Norman has been found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. 55-year-old Michael Deffner's truck was found Wednesday morning near Tecumseh. His body was found in a field nearby. He was being sought for two separate homicides Tuesday evening in Norman. The victims have been identified as 49-year-old Cayann Patterson Deffner and 47-year-old Bryan Young. Michael and Cayann Deffner were getting a divorce. Young was Cayann Patterson's divorce attorney. He was also the former principal of Norman North High School.
