The state of Oklahoma is working to remove illegal campaign signs. Under state law, no signs of any kind can be put along the sides of highways and interstates, including medians. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is reminding people that it costs taxpayer dollars for crews to remove the signs, which are then thrown away.
