A former South Moore High School teacher is facing criminal charges. Authorities say Renee Fagans allegedly sent explicit messages and pictures to two 15-year-old boys on Snapchat this past January and asked them to have a physical relationship with her. Moore Public Schools officials say they learned about the messages later that month and suspended her. Fagans is charged with two counts of soliciting sexual conduct with a minor.
