A Putnam City Schools employee is out of a job due to an investigation into possible embezzlement. District officials became aware yesterday of irregular spending and possible embezzlement at Putnam City North High School. An employee resigned as a result of the investigation. Officials say they do not believe the potential embezzlement involved any taxpayer money.
