A doctor is facing charges for allegedly drugging a woman's drink last December. Ophthalmologist Doctor Kamran Massoumi is accused of giving the victim a glass of champagne then taking her to a hotel room, where she started feeling dizzy and numb. According to KFOR, Massoumi was seen on surveillance footage pouring a powdery substance into the victim's champagne glass. He turned himself in on Thursday.
