A man is arrested following a standoff in Harrah. The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called to a home near Northeast 93rd Street and Harrah Road yesterday after a man threatening suicide fired several shots inside the residence. The man later surrendered and was taken into custody. No injuries were reported during the incident.
