An Oklahoma lawmaker is trying to make Daylight Saving Time permanent. State Senator Blake Stephens of Tahlequah says making Daylight Saving Time permanent will improve quality of life, health and the economy. Stephens held an interim study at the Oklahoma State Capitol yesterday morning to discuss the advantages of having extra daylight hours at the end of the day.
