Oklahoma City police are identifying a teenager who was struck and killed by a stray bullet. Sixteen-year-old Oscar Escobedo was struck by a stray bullet during a fight in the parking lot of an event center near Southwest 59th Street and Agnew Avenue late Friday night. He later died at a hospital. The deadly shooting is under investigation.
