An Oklahoma lawmaker is welcoming President Joe Biden's planned visit to Tulsa. State Representative Jason Lowe, the chair of the Oklahoma Legislative Black Caucus, says he is appreciative of Biden's support of the historic Greenwood District and of his understanding of the significance of the centennial commemoration of the Tulsa Race Massacre. President Biden will be in Tulsa on June 1st to attend the Tulsa Race Massacre Centennial commemoration.
