Preliminary Hearings For Officers Charged In Shooting Set For This Week

Preliminary hearings for the five officers charged in the death of an Oklahoma City teenager are set for this week. The officers are charged with first degree manslaughter after 15-year-old Stavian Rodriguez was shot 13 times last November following an alleged armed robbery. Officials say Rodriguez had dropped his weapon then put his hand toward his back pocket when the officers opened fire. Oklahoma County D-A David Prater said the shooting was "unjustified."
