A suspect is under arrest and one person is dead after a shooting and chase. Eighteen-year-old Javier Lewis is accused of opening fire at someone near Southwest 15th and Czech Hall Road early yesterday morning. One of the bullets struck and killed 36-year-old Emilia Koteen. Lewis was later booked after a chase that ended near Southwest 44th and Western, and he is also accused of ramming a police car during the pursuit.
