Murder Charge Dropped Against Teen

A first-degree murder charge is dropped against a teenager after he was indicted for his role in an armed robbery. Seventeen-year-old Wyatt Cheatham entered a guilty plea to a charge of robbery with a firearm yesterday. Prosecutors say Cheatham admitted to helping plan and carry out an armed robbery at an Oklahoma City business last November that resulted in police shooting and killing 15-year-old Stavian Rodriguez. Cheatham faces eight years in prison when he is sentenced.
