Lawsuit Filed In Officer Involved Shooting

The mother of a teenager who was shot and killed by Oklahoma City police is suing the city. Cameo Holland has filed a lawsuit against the City of Oklahoma City, the police chief and the five officers who shot and killed her son, Stavian Rodriguez. Rodriguez was shot and killed by police following an alleged attempted robbery at Okie Express near Western and I-240 on November 23rd, 2020. The lawsuit contends that Rodriguez was complying with officers' demands when he was shot more than a dozen times.
