Water shut offs for Oklahoma City residents with overdue accounts are set to resume. Starting next month, the utilities department will disconnect water service for overdue accounts after suspending the practice last year. City officials say there are nearly 16-thousand residential accounts that are behind on payments totaling nearly nine-million-dollars.
