The victim of a shooting at a Midwest City apartment complex is being identified as a 12-year-old boy. It happened Wednesday night at the Sand Hills Apartments, where authorities say the victim was standing in front with other juveniles when shots were fired. Officials say the victim was reported as a runaway before the shooting occurred. Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact Midwest City police.
