Oklahoma City Announces CARES Act Spending Plan

Oklahoma City officials are revealing their plans to spend federal CARES Act funds. The city received more than 100 million dollars in coronavirus relief funding. Much of the money will be spent on business assistance, COVID-19 testing and testing wastewater. City officials say testing wastewater can help them locate potential coronavirus outbreaks. City officials say the federal funding has to be used before the end of the year.
